**Team/Competitive Programs: GIJO Level 4 Through USAG Level 10
We have teams competing in both the GIJO league and USAG league. Our GIJO levels include levels 4 through 7 (high school prep);l and USAG team gymnasts range from level 4 through 10. Hours begin at 6 hours a week and increase to 18 hours per week. Team practices are held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday evenings and Saturday morning and afternoons.
